Mass in Dublin 4"
Dermot O’Connell
is a retired professor of architecture at University College Dublin
(UCD). About 1975 he co-founded Third Degree, a UCD journal
with literary pretensions, which lasted about five issues. He has
written occasional articles, and one and a half (unprod-uced) plays.
Midnight Mass in Dublin 4 is his first poem. He is now
writing another, The Ballad of Michael Cleary, about the
charismatic Dublin priest and entertainer.
